A former VP Global Sustainability at Northern Trust (Chicago and London), where he led the bank to inclusion in both Dow Jones Sustainability USA and Global Indices. Member of the Energy Managers Association. Background in industrial design engineering (Berlin and Dublin), ISO implementation (Como and London) and change management / hybrid work (Andersen consulting in Paris). John went on to train in an MA in System-Psychodynamics, and is an Advanced Coach, Myers-Briggs Assessor, and Action Learning Facilitator, as well as being an Accredited CBT Systemic Psychotherapist.
