Go Where Others Would Have Wished
Leadership consulting that integrates what matters now: your people, your impact on the planet, and your relationship with AI.
Psychologically deep. Commercially grounded. Sustainably delivered:
Setting Purpose. Defining Vision. Executing Strategy.
The Problem:
Most leadership consultants work in silos. Strategy here. Culture there. ESG somewhere else. AI? That's IT's problem.
But... Your board isn't thinking in silos. Neither should your consultants.
The leaders we work with face interconnected challenges: How do we govern AI whilst maintaining human authority? How do we hit sustainability targets without burning out our people? How do we transform culture when the ground keeps shifting? These questions don't have separate answers.
Organisations need integrated thinking ...
- and consultants trained to work at that level. This is our USP.
How We Work:
Executive Coaching:
One-to-one work for senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or transformation. We use our PRO (Person-Role-Organisation) framework to understand your specific challenges - not generic models, but deep inquiry into your actual situation. Including the new challenge: leading when AI is in the room.
Purpose, Vision & Values:
We consult to leadership and board groups to build understanding of Purpose, Mission, Vision, Values and Behaviours. We conduct interviews, reflect on alignment and disparity, explore how stated objectives land 'on the ground'. As ESG assessors of around 1,000 companies, we know what good governance looks like - and what's just words on walls.
Board & Governance Coaching:
Working with directors on effectiveness, dynamics, and the particular demands of holding strategic authority. This includes AI governance - when the algorithm recommends, who actually decides? - and ESG accountability. Board-level work where the stakes are highest.
MBTI Profiling
Steps I and II assessment and feedback, integrated into coaching work to deepen self-awareness and improve leadership effectiveness. Understanding your preferences - and your blind spots. (See also the Profiles section)
Life Events & Leadership
Sometimes the challenge isn't the organisation - it's holding your role whilst managing caring responsibilities, health events, bereavement, or other life demands. We bring clinical training and life experience to this work, offering a confidential space to work through these complexities.
Measurable Outcomes:
Enhanced leadership effectiveness ratings
Improved strategic decision-making confidence
Stronger board alignment and governance clarity
Integrated AI and ESG governance frameworks
Better stakeholder relationship management
Accelerated role transition success
Reduced leadership isolation and burnout risk
Enhanced organisational purpose alignment
Improved values integration across workforce
Strengthened personal resilience during complexity

Leadership Signposts
For many leaders, navigating the future of working culture and hybrid work, and governance of AI/AGI is critical.
Expectations from work are evolving, and coaching and consultancy can facilitate these essential conversations.
Our Tavistock informed research group on AI/AGI using System-Psychodynamic consultancy tools. With DeepSeek and Google’s Gemini, Generative AI is transforming market research, design, and content creation; job roles are changing every week.
Leaders must balance power with responsible leadership, whilst retaining vision of Ai's capabilities and ever-changing potential.
Most organisations have tried hybrid work, but how do we assess and optimise it? We are here to help you navigate these challenges.
We have coached teams to clarify their vision, boost effectiveness, and build stronger relationships with each other and key stakeholders. Consultancy focuses on excelling in new roles, developing leadership skills, improving confidence, managing stress, enhancing impact, and, often, addressing interpersonal challenges.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU / YOUR TEAM:
We consult to your Leadership and Board groups, to build understanding of Purpose/Mission/Vision/Values & Behaviours (whichever topics are within scope).
We conduct 1:1 & Group Interviews & Discussions. We reflect and report on areas where there is alignment of Board Members, and also where there is disparity.
In parallel, we explore the wider workforce understanding of organisational values and culture. We conduct team interviews and discussions, to get a sense of how the stated objectives are landing 'on the ground'. We reflect on any Staff Survey or External Assessment data, and compare understandings on the sides of leadership and workforce, identifying any gaps.
We conduct further board level discussions based on this feedback and issue our findings, liaising with your presentation / in-person communication processes as we conclude the consultancy.

Leadership Coaching:
Insight - Understanding - Achieving Potential
WE UNLOCK POTENTIAL:
We offer analysis and insight to facilitate your ambitions, to define your values, to set vision, and deliver change. Coaching and Organisational Development projects align individual and team goals with organisational purpose.
Our approach is collaborative, we leverage your skills and insight. We address issues that restrict your potential.
We drive resilience and productivity at all levels of the organisation.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU / YOUR TEAM:
We create a space where you can define your goals and outline your issues.
We build your leadership narrative, using our Leadership Questionnare, and our PRO (Person in Role in Organisation) Systems-Psychodynamic toolkit, to map your potential, and how coaching can enhance personal and organisational effectiveness.
We move together beyond the presenting issues, enabling you to grow, and take up your role with confidence and clarity.
One-on-one leadership coaching works either together with Organisational Development Projects, or as a standalone project with an individual or team. We build an understanding of the person-specific organisational challenges, issues, and demands. We focus together on personal goals and competencies, to create a tailored programme. Team coaching is similarly tailored, and focused on goals, and usually takes place as part of a wider consultancy project.
