We start with your goals, and spend some time getting to know the organisation within which you operate.

I hold a Master's Degree in leadership in organisational systems; I work to understand complexity, and resistances to change and leadership.

To illuminate your unique talents, we assess you, your role, and leadership style. My toolkit helps shine a light on your future direction, and I support you as we pursue your goals.

Soar with Purpose-Driven Tools

I have worked in settings such as Tate, Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, The Courtauld, Royal Academy of Arts, and in the education sector. I am an approved supplier of Coaching and OD to Guys and St. Thomas Hospital.

My approach to organisational dynamics is non-judgmental, and creates opportunities for sustainable improvement strategies.

I have an MA from the Tavistock Clinic in Leading and Consulting, alongside an MA from The Courtauld. I also have an Advanced Coaching accreditation from the Tavistock Clinic, and am a Hidden Leadership Assessor. I bring this breadth of skill and experience to everything I do.

I'm at my happiest when I see clients and their organisations soar, and the same is true of my team. Together, we bring a wide and deep approach to our work. My coaching style is exploratory, yet goal focused; empathic, yet challenging. I use my knowledge of how organisational purpose and leadership combine in a business context, to help my clients find solutions to their challenges.

A little bit more about me...

My foundations

I have always loved art and the arts, and my career has focused on commercial development for this sector. At the intersection between commerce and purpose, I walked a tightrope between these two often competing organisational agendas. My interest in organisational consultancy grew out of this experience, and how best to articulate, navigate, and integrate these very different agendas.

What still interests me to this day is how teams can thrive and collaborate in complex environments, and what leaders need to bring to ensure focus and collaboration.

I bring creativity to my approach, and I am at my most fulfilled when delivering multi-layered, holistic projects.
