ALINGING PEOPLE AND PURPOSE:
Our organisational development work centres on helping organisations to refocus on what’s important, and reassess where effort needs to be redirected. We can assess if your organisation is aligned with your stated purpose, and how to integrate AI through an ESG Governance lens. We can partner with you to re-examine this purpose in light of changes in your client/operating environment, and determine how best to implement change in the organisation.
In general, we would undertake 10 consultation sessions; meeting with senior managers and/or teams. We may also design one-to-one sessions in response to clients' needs. Organisational System Consultancy is a process designed around analysing any organisational/team issues, examining any connection to wider, or historic problems, and designing intervention processess to address issues and move forward.
Consultancy looks at how organisational values and aims are reflected in what people do, and in how they interact. We build understanding around how the organisational system is helping or hindering these processes, so that people are aligned with process and purpose.
