HOW WE WORK WITH YOU / YOUR TEAM:

We consult to your Leadership and Board groups, to build understanding of Purpose/Mission/Vision/Values & Behaviours (whichever topics are within scope). 

We conduct 1:1 & Group Interviews & Discussions. We reflect and report on areas where there is alignment of Board Members, and also where there is disparity. 

In parallel, we explore the wider workforce understanding of organisational values and culture. We conduct team interviews and discussions, to get a sense of how the stated objectives are landing 'on the ground'. We reflect on any Staff Survey or External Assessment data, and compare understandings on the sides of leadership and workforce, identifying any gaps.

We conduct further board level discussions based on this feedback and issue our findings, liaising with  your presentation / in-person communication processes as we conclude the consultancy.

We move together beyond the presenting issues, enabling you to grow, and take up your role with confidence and clarity. 

One-on-one leadership coaching works either together with Organisational Development Projects, or as a standalone project with an individual or team. We build an understanding of the person-specific organisational challenges, issues, and demands. We focus together on personal goals and competencies, to create a tailored programme. Team coaching is similarly tailored, and focused on goals, and usually takes place as part of a wider consultancy project.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is a well established psychometric assessment, used by  clients such as Deloitte, the NHS, Scania, Siemens, Microsoft, Shell, INSEAD and the RAF.  A MBTI® personality inventory brings the fundamentals of Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung’s theory of different psychological types into the workplace; Jung saw that human behaviour isn’t a random variation, but is orderly and consistent based on a difference in people's preferences with regard to their perceptions and judgements.

MBTI® assessment can be carried out remotely, or in person (face-to-face at our Victoria consulting room, online over Zoom, or by arrangement at your office). We give feedback and work with you to establish Best Fit Type. Assessment results are always given in a live setting, and when we have worked together on establishing Best Fit Type, we can then look at a host of other analytic in-depth reports to help you understand how your personality type works in different settings.
