The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is a well established psychometric assessment, used by clients such as Deloitte, the NHS, Scania, Siemens, Microsoft, Shell, INSEAD and the RAF. A MBTI® personality inventory brings the fundamentals of Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung’s theory of different psychological types into the workplace; Jung saw that human behaviour isn’t a random variation, but is orderly and consistent based on a difference in people's preferences with regard to their perceptions and judgements.
As Global Head of Sustainability at Northern Trust, I witnessed firsthand how personality dynamics shape organizational transformation. HOW WE WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS:
MBTI® assessment can be carried out remotely, or in person (face-to-face at our Victoria consulting room, online over Zoom, or by arrangement at your office). We give feedback and work with you to establish Best Fit Type. Assessment results are always given in a live setting, and when we have worked together on establishing Best Fit Type, we can then look at a host of other analytic in-depth reports to help you understand how your personality type works in different settings.

Official MBTI online questionnaire (this will be sent to you in advance of the session, and will need to be completed at least one week prior to the meeting) + Personalised 24-page profile report + Comprehensive 90-minute individual session to interpret and discuss results with a qualified MBTI® practitioner and experienced consultant. This will help you connect through reflection and coaching on how you can optimise your personal and working life and relationships, based on your natural preferences. We will explore things such as feelings, communication, stress, anxiety, working environment, team work or any topic that is important to you.
